Accepted forms include Australian Drivers Licenses, Proof of Age/Photo Card, Keypass ID, and Passport. Entry is at the discretion of the Venue Licensee, Security, and NSW Police. EMP and the Metro Theatre uphold a ZERO tolerance policy against drugs. Any patron found with or suspected of using illicit substances will be handed over to the authorities and permanently banned from the venue and future events.
Prohibited Items:
Liquids, weapons, balloons, large bags, unauthorised medications, illegal substances, professional-grade cameras, selfie sticks, and any outside food or beverages.
Refund Policy / Event Terms & Conditions:
Tickets are non-refundable. EMP holds no responsibility for tickets obtained through unofficial sellers. In cases where an artist cannot perform due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, refunds will not be issued. The event line-up or schedule is subject to change without notice, and such changes do not qualify for a refund. This policy complies with Australian Consumer Law, acknowledging that unexpected events may impact planned activities and does not mandate refunds
