An AUDIO DESCRIBED performance will be presented on Saturday 13 December at 2pm.
At this performance, Vision Australia will provide headset receivers for customers who are blind or have low vision. In addition, pre-show notes will be emailed to you that include set and character descriptions as well as background information on the show.

The five-time Tony Award®-winning production of Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol is now playing at the Comedy Theatre with Lachy Hulme playing the iconic role of Ebenezer Scrooge.

On a winter Christmas Eve, the cold-hearted miser, Ebenezer Scrooge is visited by four ghosts. Transported to worlds past, present, and future, he witnesses what a lifetime of greed and fear could lead to and sees with fresh eyes the possibility of joy and kindness. Can Ebenezer be saved before it’s too late?
This magical interpretation welcomes theatre goers of all ages with dazzling staging, a moving story, and beloved carols.

The Old Vic’s joyous and heartfelt production of A Christmas Carol is conceived and directed by Matthew Warchus (Groundhog Day, Matilda the Musical) and adapted for the stage by playwright Jack Thorne (Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, Enola Holmes).
