Age Restrictions:
  • VIP Packages are available to all age categories eligible to purchase a ticket to the Show. Patrons under 16 years of age may be required to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian (the parent or legal guardian will also be required to purchase a VIP Package) when participating in elements of the VIP Package. SUPER recommend you also check the Venue Terms of Entry prior to purchase.
  • Age means age as at the date of the Show not the date of purchase.

Re-Sale Prohibited:
  • All VIP Package elements will be rendered invalid if resold.

No Refunds:
  • Subject to any appliable law (including Australian Consumer Law) VIP Packages and contents are non-transferable and all sales are final.
  • There are no refunds or exchanges.

Name Changes:
  • Name changes will be issued at the sole discretion of SUPER.

Package Details and Instructions:
  • All VIP Package purchasers will be contacted by email (to the email address provided at the time of purchase) approximately 3-5 days before the Show.
  • If you do not receive an email 3 days prior, double-check your Junk email folder, and if you cannot locate any VIP Package communications, email: vip@superfan.live.

Packages Subject to Change:
  • All VIP Package items and experiences (including any Pre-Show functions, times, locations, and package inclusions) may vary from market to market and are subject to change at any time for any reason.

Purchaser Information:
  • You are responsible for ensuring your contact information (email and mail address) provided at the time of purchase is correct and current and SUPER, the Artist, Ticketing Company, Venue and any other affiliated parties are not responsible for outdated or incorrect information provided by you including where incorrect information results in an undelivered product.

Arrival Time:
  • A component of your VIP Package may require you to be at the Venue at a designated time. This may be before doors open.
  • If you arrive late to your designated time, you are deemed to have forfeited any missed components of the VIP Package.

Entry:
  • Entry times to access the Venue for the VIP Package will be staggered.
  • VIP Soundcheck Experience Package holders will be permitted entry to the Venue before VIP Superfan Package holders.
  • Exact entry times will be sent to all VIP Package purchasers closer to the Show dates.

Artist Interaction:
  • VIP Soundcheck Experience holders - there is no Artist interaction or involvement outside of the Q&A session or group photograph.
  • VIP Superfan Package holders – there is no Artist interaction or involvement on the day of the Show.

Pre-Show Performance + Artist Q&A:
  • Where your VIP Package includes a Pre-Show Performance and Q&A there may be further conditions contained in the VIP Package details and instructions provided closer to the Show, and SUPER reserve the right to vary the Package Additional Terms and Conditions to reflect any additional Artist requirements.
  • Photographing and filming of the Pre-Show Performance and Artist Q&A is prohibited.

Artist Group Photograph:
  • The Group Photo will be taken by the Artist’s team and will be shared via email with all VIP Package purchasers. SUPER provide no guarantees in respect of use and distribution of the Group Photo after it is shared with all VIP Package purchasers.
  • Participation in the Group Photo is optional.

Commemorative Tour Laminates:
  • Commemorative Tour Laminates are for commemorative purposes only.
  • The VIP Package Laminate does not gain or authorise access into the Venue or any backstage areas.

VIP Package Components (such as merchandise item, laminate, and lanyard):
  • Unless otherwise advised, all VIP Package components are to be collected at the Venue at the time designated in the VIP Package details and instructions sent to the VIP Packages holders.
  • All sales are made subject to Frontier’s Terms of Sale and any applicable laws. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between SUPER’s Purchase Policy/Terms of Sale (if any), these VIP Additional Terms & Conditions and Frontier’s Terms of Sale then to the furthest extent permitted by law the order of priority will be:
    • (1) Frontier’s Terms of Sale; then
    • (2) these VIP Additional Terms & Conditions; then
