The Adelaide Entertainment Centre Theatre caters for a medium number of people and tiered Theatre seating can only be accessed by stairs. Flat floor seating can be accessed without stairs via Door 1.
Patrons with sight impairment who do not wish to sit in general seating areas may purchase seats in our Mobility Restricted areas to ensure easy access to and from the building. See the Wheelchair Access section for details on purchasing tickets.
All sections, except Section G, are flat floor seating. Section G is tiered seating. There are a minimum of 2 stairs up to Row A and a maximum of 24 stairs up to Row M
There are no stairs to the wheelchair areas, which can be accessed directly from the Orb entrance (ground) level. Entry via Theatre Door 1
General Admission standing is all one area. PLEASE NOTE: Map is not to scale and a guide only that may change without notice. During reserve seated shows patrons may stand or be encouraged to stand by the performer.
Patrons who require hearing assistance can purchase seats in any area of the Theatre and have access to an FM audio system. In the Theatre, bring your FM receiver headset and tune into 88.1FM.

Trained guide, hearing and assistance dogs are always welcome at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre.
Wheelchair and mobility restricted seating is available in the Theatre. As per all seating in the venue, this area is subject to availability. Wheelchair and mobility restricted seating can only be booked by phoning 1300 665 915 or by visiting an agency. Disabled toilets are located throughout the venue.
Mobility restricted parking is available in the car park, subject to availability at the time of booking. Please contact the Adelaide Entertainment Centre on 08 8208 2222 in advance of the event to reserve your car park. Parking is limited. Patrons’ vehicles must display the appropriate permit from the Motor Registration Department.

The Adelaide Entertainment Centre has fixed and mobile food and beverage outlets available for Arena and Theatre concerts within the foyer areas and other public spaces. The Centre offers a wide variety of confectionery, and soft and alcoholic beverages. Food items are limited to baguettes, hot chips, wedges, pizza slices, burgers, hot dogs, pies, pasties, and sausage rolls. The range of product offerings may vary from event to event depending on audience size and event type.
The Adelaide Entertainment Centre has a Ticket Office located under The Orb at the front Entry on Port Road. The Ticket Office is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm and opens on Event days 2 hours prior to each performance. Pre-purchased tickets may be collected from the Ticket Office.
Minors under the age of 12 are to be accompanied by a parent /carer at all events. Some events may have specific age restrictions. Customers are advised to check the event page for more information.

Generally these devices are not permitted in the Arena or Theatre due to copyright laws.
As soon as event running times are available they will be on individual event page of the Adelaide Entertainment Centre website - www.theAEC.net. These times are subject to change.
It is not unusual at some events for patrons to stand in front of their seats to enjoy the show. This is permitted. However, patrons should consider others around them.
The Tram is the cheapest and most convenient way to get to and from the Adelaide Entertainment Centre. Tram services between the City and the Adelaide Entertainment Centre are free of charge and services operate with a good level of frequency. The tram station is located immediately in front of the Adelaide Entertainment Centre. For public transport information visit Adelaide Metro.
On-site car parking is limited to approximately 1,400 parks. Cost for Event car parking is $12 per vehicle. Public entry to the car park is via Gate 2, Gate 3 & Gate 4 only. It is recommended that patrons wanting to park at the venue arrive at least 1 hour prior to the performance.

The Adelaide Entertainment Centre provides bicycle parking rails at the front of the facility which provide the opportunity for cyclists to secure bikes.
As car parking availability on-site is limited, the Adelaide Entertainment Centre encourages the use of public transport as a means of getting to and from events. Take the Tram! It's free between the City and the Adelaide Entertainment Centre. $4.00 park & ride & $12.00 concert parking
The Bowden Train Station is within approximately 150m of the Adelaide Entertainment Centre and provides easy pedestrian access to and from the Centre. For Public Transport information visit Adelaide Metro
Taxi stands are located on both sides of Port Road in close proximity to the Adelaide Entertainment Centre's main entry.
Booster seats are available on request. Numbers are limited.
Complimentary earplugs are available from our Cloak Room adjacent to Arena Door 22. Alternatively, please approach our friendly staff if you require earplugs.
There is no public lift access to the arena floor.
The Arena and Theatre have dedicated merchandise stand/s with EFTPOS facilities to enable you to purchase event related merchandise.
Binoculars can be hired from the Cloak Room next to Door 22 in the Arena Foyer at a cost of $5.00 per binocular. A form of photo ID is required to be left and returned upon return of the binocular. This service is not available for all events.
Video screens operate at some events at the discretion of the show's production.
An Automatic Teller Machine is located at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre Ticket Office at the front entry to the venue. Another Automatic Teller Machine located in the Arena foyer opposite Door 7.
The Arena has First Aid rooms adjacent to Doors 1 and 12 at Arena Foyer Level, and another located at Arena Floor Level. The Theatre has a First Aid Room located in its rear Foyer. Volunteers from St John attend most concerts. Please ask our friendly staff immediately should you or a companion be in need of assistance.
The Adelaide Entertainment Centre is a non-smoking venue and smoking within the venue is prohibited. When possible, the Adelaide Entertainment Centre will nominate a secure outdoor smoking area. Ask our friendly staff for directions.
Male and female toilets are located throughout the venue, including disabled toilets. Baby change facilities are located next to Door 22 in the Arena foyers and in the disabled toilets in the Theatre foyers. Ask our friendly staff for directions.
The Cloak Room is located adjacent to Door 22 in the Arena Foyer. It is not available for all events.
