Southern Cross Club Ticketed Events Cancellation Policy
- If the booking is cancelled 15 business days prior to the event date we will provide a full refund.
- If the booking is cancelled 5 - 14 business days prior to the event we will provide you with a credit voucher to the value of your tickets, redeemable for food and beverage, boat hire charter tickets at any of our venues.
- If the tickets are cancelled 4 business days or less prior to your booking date you will not be refunded nor receive a credit voucher.
