Snack Bars are located throughout the venue.
Bars can be found on Level 1 and 3 of the internal concourse. Both regular and low strength alcohol beverages will be served during events.
The 2 Box Offices at the AAMI Park are located at the Entrance E and F front forecourts.
Patrons are not permitted to open umbrellas anywhere inside the venue, inclusive of the seating bowl. Umbrellas may be cloaked – refer to ‘Cloaking’. This policy has been introduced to ensure that all patrons have an unobstructed view of the field of play and will be enforced at all events.

Trains services operate to stations at Flinders Street, Richmond and Jolimont - all within walking distance. It is a 10 minute walk to Flinders Street Station.
Tram services from Flinders Street and Richmond stop at the Main Entrances. Tram No. 70 from Flinders Street.
There are currently no TAB facilities.
2 large video screens operate at the northeast and southwest corners of the seating bowl as well as 128 smaller television screens positioned throughout the concourses and in corporate areas.
ATMs are in operation and located externally at Entrance E and F – front forecourts near the main stairwell to the Level 1 external concourse, and internally on Level 1 at Aisles 4 and 27.
Cloaking services are offered at the Customer Service Centres located externally at Gates 1 and 8 and internally on Level 1 at Aisles 3 and 28.
During events, St John Ambulance is present and is located throughout the Stadium. First aid rooms are located on Level 1 at Aisles 1, 10 and 21.
Public phones are in operation and located externally at Entrance E and F – front forecourts near the main stairwell to Level 1.
